There are yoga competitions.
Yoga.
Competitions.
From what I understand about the practice of Yoga, you.... shouldn't compete with it. #1, not everyone is built the same way, so certain people simply cannot achieve certain degrees of certain poses. #2, it's about some sort of spirituality. This is like having a prayer competition. #3, it's about relaxation! Who can relax while competing??
Or am I missing something?
