Are chickens more important than sick children, pregnant and scared teenage girls, and gay marriage? Seriously? SERIOUSLY? And we're a BLUE state? Does not compute.

Apparently. California, I am disappointed in you. Especially about Prop 8. Did everyone in Castro decide to stay home during election day?

Also, why is everyone against alternate energy? Was it worded badly?

If France can have nucular energy, so can CA.

And yeah, really. Prop 4 fails, but 8 passes? I know who voted for 8, but I really want to know who voted for 4.

And get your butt on MSN, woman! Or some other IM. D: I miss you.

but nuclear energy is totally not the way to go. There are sources of alternate energy that are clean and efficient (not just solar and wind power. I mean, there is even a way to burn coal cleanly. It's called... something. I'll think of it when I'm not half-asleep)

>.> People have strange priorities. Really.

I never go on MSN anymore. do you have gchat? Or would you be willing to go on Skype again?

... Well. I suppose I can go back to MSN. >.> For you. I just found other chat programs that endeared themselves to me a lot more. Like gchat. That's pretty awesome. Check email and chat at the same time! Much easier for me at least. :D

Were you just playing devil's advocate in my post? Are you for or against gay marriage?

I don't support it but I won't go out of my way to ban it. Of all 12 Props for CA, 8 was probably the second lowest on my priority list. I certainly don't put animals that I plan on eating ahead of human beings.

I don't quite understand Props 3 & 4; did people vote no to give additional funds to a children's hospital and voted against telling parents about a minor getting an abortion?

Voting Yes on 3 was to make bonds to build more Children's hospitals; it did not pass.

4 was parental/elder sibling/guardian notification that a minor is getting an abortion. There were clauses for cases of potential/on going domestic abuse in the case of the notification, whole bunch of clauses that made this a pro-choicer's wet dream. And it didn't pass. By half a %.
